Clan is leaded by me, Ayami & Digidong. Main leader during ingame events is Ayami. Also, leaders of clan divisions have full rights over their division and can invite & kick ppl from it (after consulting with Ayami or me), whenever smn breaks rules and there is a proof that. Ayami is responsible for managing clan items. I am responsible for managing Warning List and Immidate kicks.
1) General rules
A) Listen to Your leaders. Dont pretend smarter even if You are:). They do their job and they have their way in this, so let them do it good. Only obeying orders makes leading effective.
B) Always read “ Clan Notice “ and visit forums. If u ask me about something that is written there You will be ignored.
C) If you are going to be gone for long time give some info about in ABSENCES topic in main forum section.
D) Chars without 3rd class concentrate on lvling up and making 3th class. I dont expect You to be active in pvp or mass actions. However u can join if you want.
E) ENGLISH in clanchat.
2) Warning list
There is a warning list at clan forum. For breaking certain rules clan member receives a warning. One warning is the first and the last. Second breaking of those rules equals kick of clan.
Rules connected to receiving a warning:
A) don’t insult clan and ally members at clan/ally chat in any language (Ppl who often destroy clan- or ally atmosphere by flaming or insulting on clanchat will be removed from clan. Conflicts should be solved on PM. In case of conflicts which cant be solved pm leader of your division.);
B) don’t’t use excessive flaming other players at shout/trade/HV/white chats (U can bitch smn sometimes, especially when he deserves it, but there is a limit of good taste. Spamming chat with flaming & bitching smn’s family is outside that limit.);
C) KS clan/ally members, taking spot that they are using (means u cant farm at spot that is actively used by clan/ally members. If u notice he is afk for 20 minutes or more u can take the spot – use screen with /time to prove that).
D) Pking clan/ally member,
E) Prooved ignoring leaders order for PVP.
3) Immidiate kick of clan
For breaking other part of rules clan member is immediately kicked of clan. A proof of breaking them is necessary for making decision about kick. Proof is also enough for that decision, cus any explanations wont take effect. Only thing that matters is a fact of breaking the rule or not. Proof is a screen or a video.
Rules connected to kicking of clan:
A) Party with enemy (its clearly and officially announced and no1 will be able to do any excuses if he got caught);
B) Botting or using any 3rd program assist for pvp;
C) Selling epics/soul crystals leveled in clan raids.
4) Raid drops & clan items
Items dropped by common RB during clan raids go to CWH, except common jewelry and scrolls (including enchants). Common jewels and enchants go to person who got them in random loot. Mind that, clan raids are not CP raids. CP RB drops are CP’s. Clan raids are raids made by mixed clan members.
All items dropped by epic during clan raid go to CWH.
Ayami is a person who will hold and manage those items. Who gets what – its all about his decisions.
5) Oly farm
No1 is obliged to give his points to no1.
6) TW badges farm
Clan organises TW badges farm
7) PVP activity
Whenever someone of leaders orders for making pvp parties, clan member is obliged to go there. Leaders will order pvp in big and long lasting pvps. In small – they will only ask.
